As a Rivalry partner, you play a vital role in representing our brand responsibly and ethically. To protect our brand and our partners, please review and adhere to the following guidelines:

General Conduct

  1. Compliance with Laws: Partners must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and guidelines in their home jurisdiction, including but not limited to advertising standards and gambling regulations. If you’re unsure about which rules may apply to you, please contact [email protected] for more information.
  2. Responsible Representation: Promote Rivalry in a manner which aligns with our values and commitment to responsible gambling by following the guidelines below.

Promotional Guidelines

  1. Approved Materials: Partners must use only Rivalry-provided or approved marketing materials. If you wish to create custom content using our brand or IP, it must be approved by Rivalry before publication by contacting [email protected]
  2. Messaging: Do not make false or misleading claims about Rivalry’s products, services, or promotions; do not promote Rivalry or use messaging which may prompt reckless or irresponsible behavior.
  3. Audience: Avoid promoting to individuals under the age of 18, unless you are marketing to those in Ontario, Canada, where the legal gambling age is 19.  
  4. Jurisdictions: Do not promote Rivalry to users who are based in regions outside of our licensed jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom. Visit our FAQ page to learn more about our restricted regions.
  5. Prohibited Channels: Do not advertise Rivalry on platforms or websites that:
  6. - Feature illegal, harmful content, or pornography.
  7. - Promote discrimination or hate speech.
  8. - Are likely to reach or have a strong appeal to underage individuals.

Affiliate Code Usage

  1. Code Sharing: Share your affiliate code responsibly. Do not spam or engage in unethical marketing practices (e.g., unsolicited emails, misleading clickbait).
  2. Transparency: Clearly disclose your affiliation with Rivalry when promoting your affiliate code.
  3. Non-Transferable: Your affiliate code is unique to you and cannot be shared or transferred to others.

Prohibited Behaviors

  1. Misrepresentation: Do not falsely claim to represent Rivalry as an employee or spokesperson.
  2. Manipulative Practices: Avoid practices like cookie-stuffing, cloaking, or misleading redirects.
  3. Conflict of Interest: Partners may not use their own affiliate codes for personal wagering activity.

Monitoring and Enforcement

  1. Violation Consequences: We reserve the right to monitor all affiliate behaviour and activity. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension or termination from the program, as well as the forfeiture of commissions.
