The PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen will feature three stages: the Opening Stage, the Elimination Stage, and the Playoffs, as outlined below.

Opening Stage: March 17 - 20

• Sixteen teams will compete in a Swiss System format
• Elimination and Advancement matches are Bo3
• All other matches are Bo1
• The top eight teams advance to the Elimination Stage; the bottom eight teams are eliminated.

Elimination Stage: March 21 - 24 

• 16 teams compete in a Swiss System format
• Elimination and Advancement matches are Bo3
• All other matches are Bo1
• The top eight teams advance to the Playoff Stage; the bottom eight teams are eliminated

Playoff Stage: March 28 - 31

• Eight teams compete in a single elimination bracket
• All matches are Bo3

PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 runs from March 17 - 31, kicking off with the three-day-long Opening Stage. The winner of the Copenhagen Major gets an automatic invitation to the BLAST Premier World Final, 3,500 BLAST Points, and $500K from the overall prize pool, so there's everything to play for!
