The co-owner (founding member) FLASHPOINT teams are as follows:

FACEIT serves as the league's operator and has a minority interest in FLASHPOINT.
FLASHPOINT Season 1 schedule
FLASHPOINT's first season begins on March 13, with broadcasts every day except Mondays. Phase 1 will take place between March 13 an March 22. Phase 2 begins on March 27 and ends April 5. The playoffs begin on April 9, with the grand final on April 19. You can find a detailed breakdown here.
